I engaged Dr. Citrin as a speaker for my organization as we want to strengthen our management of diverse teams. He was amazing. He was able to craft a presentation specific to our needs (showing an understanding of our current culture and the strengths and barriers we were facing); involve his audience in a way that kept everyone engaged and learning; show knowledge and spontaneity as questions drove particular topics; and create a relaxed environment in which we all felt comfortable (by using an authentic speaking style with good humor). He is a conscientious speaker; I could tell from his content and how he wrapped up the substance that came from the presentation interactions, that he had designed the presentation for the biggest impact. We got high value — and actionable goals — from our experience with him.

Richard brings so much more to a project than I expected. His background as a clinical psychologist gives him tools that, in my experience, few consultants have. Combine these tools with a genuine love to help others succeed, a background as a very successful business owner and investor, and a wonderful sense of humor that helps people feel comfortable stretching beyond their comfort zones, and you have someone on your team that is able to facilitate sustainable team building and individual growth. It is always a wonderful experience working with him!

Richard is an exceptional coach. He helped me to focus on growing my strengths and thinking about how to creatively approach challenging situations using my best skills and assets. I used to be stressed out a lot of the time, and Richard helped me to understand that I can’t add more hours to my day, but I can better pay attention to and manage my energy. I feel less stress, and I’m more productive.

I have had the opportunity to see Richard speak at quite a few events, large and small, to varied audiences and on different topics. He is consistently excellent! He's comfortable speaking to any audience. His intelligence and kindness shine through, as does his content knowledge. Richard is always prepared, thought-full, informative, and inspirational.
