- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always work to fit inside of your budget. Customers will sometimes provide non-monetary exchanges, such as media (photos, videos, testimonials) and I'm happy to help you stay on time and on budget. Please contact me for information.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm fully hands on and engaged with your needs. First, we'll schedule an introductory call for you to tell me about your goals and desired outcomes. I'll provide you with recommendations, which are complimentary whether you work with me or not. I'll also give you an outline for your workshop or speaking session, and we will iterate on it's shape until you are certain it reflects your meeting goals.
