Yes, indeed. However, being in the field with real-life folks is the best continuing ed ever! It kicks any classroom or web course right in the pants!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I did not decide ... it decided. I was led to it organically.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Whether it is for a group of moms, a group of children, tweens, teens, teachers, or a corporate group, my most common objective is to get people to see things through someone else's eyes. That way it is easier for them to approach the situation with empathy. It makes for a more productive outcome.
