This review is long overdue. We chose Chef Jae to curate an unforgettable evening to celebrate my parents 40th wedding anniversary. She gives you a true experience from start to finish setting the ambiance in my own home with melodic music and a beautiful, custom tablescape including personalized menu cards and fresh floral arrangements. The food was phenomenal- 5 star restaurant quality and presentation in your own home start to finish from appetizers to desserts and cocktails. Not a morsel left, and only rave reviews by all. Worth every penny. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. People- please know with Chef Jae you are paying for an experiencea 5 star chef who is personally curating an experience brought to your home- the set up while you mingle with your guests, the dinner and then clean up. If youre looking for an inexpensive meal, there is a restaurant reservation out there for your budget. This is a high-class experience thus priced accordingly and worth it. Cant wait to hire Chef Jae again for the most special of occasions! Thanks for making my parents anniversary one to remember.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to know about my clients. If they have any food allergies, dietary restrictions and occasions. Knowing how to bring their visions to life during my curation process and rendering results brigs me joy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I acquired my B.S. in culinary management in 2011.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the private Spector of the hospitality industry in 2015 when Ryan Shazier called me to become his private chef. From working as his private chef I became the private chef to more NFL players and A list celebrities such as Patti LaBelle.
