- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to know about my clients. If they have any food allergies, dietary restrictions and occasions. Knowing how to bring their visions to life during my curation process and rendering results brigs me joy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have degrees from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. I acquired my B.S. in culinary management in 2011.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the private Spector of the hospitality industry in 2015 when Ryan Shazier called me to become his private chef. From working as his private chef I became the private chef to more NFL players and A list celebrities such as Patti LaBelle.
