Yaakov has been very helpful and friendly to work with. He shows great personal interest in the client to target their specific needs, both in terms of recommending ways to plan diet as well as recommending a trainer who can better assist you with achieving your goals. I enjoyed working out with his trainers. Aside from work, he’s a very fun and chill guy to talk to.

I am trying to rehabilitate from several orthopedic surgeries and from COVID and I am over 70. Yaakov Fakiro is able to help me work on regaining lost strength. I believe that after a few months working with him I will be somewhat more functional than now, which is what I want.

I really needed some motivation and some inspiration and I definitely got it with Winners Fitness. I lost 10lbs and kept it off during my first month. I got great tips on how to eat and exercise, but I really feel like it positively influenced my overall lifestyle more than anything. I was able to do what I liked doing when and where I liked doing it, but the important thing was that I was doing anything at all! I felt heard and I got a super-customized program that was so simple, but very impactful because someone was listening. Don't wait another second because a positive change is way easier than you think with Winners Fitness!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients are welcome to do as many or as little sessions as they wish per week! We have absolutely no contract or mandatory commitment. Discounts are available for high frequency clients. We also offer free sessions as an appreciation gift for any new clients you refer!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to get to know you by learning a little about you and your goals. Following this we like to cover any dietary or physical restrictions we need to keep in mind for safety. Finally we make a plan of action and schedule the first appointment!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every member of our team holds a a high level certification in personal training, as well as all massage therapists hold a licensure in Massage Therapy
