- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Portrait Reservations begin at $150, Wedding Photography Reservations begin at $725, Non-wedding Event Reservations begin at $350, and Custom Design Reservations begin at $550 - every investment is personalized, and built custom based on specific needs and budgets. We will provide suggestions and estimates upon inquiry. Our complete process and pricing brochure will be reviewed with you and provided for your reference after your Welcome Call with Kate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once an inquiry is received, Name, Contact Information and Event Details will be added to a workspace on our business management platform, Honeybook. We will respond to confirm our availability and schedule the initial Welcome Call, so Kate can get to know the customer, learn more about their needs, and ensure we are a perfect fit. Two elements are required for Reservation - the non-refundable Reservation Fee (Retainer) and your e-signature on the digital contract agreement. All files will be sent in a digital Project Proposal with simple instructions to review the outline of services, payment schedule, signing the agreement, and making your payments on our secure platform. Once Reservation is solidified, project planning and coordination begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Kate graduated with honors with a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design in 2014 from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh. Her first full-time position after graduation was working as a graphic designer for a small design studio in Pittsburgh, designing stationery, greeting cards and more for Shutterfly, Tiny Prints, and Wedding Paper Divas.
