Youd be lucky to have Real Property Management Keystone on your side. Ive worked with multiple property management companies across different states, and Tim and his team are by far the best Ive encountered. They exceeded my expectations in every way.I originally contacted them a few years ago when I had a tenant who stopped paying rent. I needed help navigating the eviction process, and RPM Keystone handled everything flawlessly. Tim communicated clearly every step of the way and made a stressful situation manageable.After the eviction, the constable remarked it was the worst house hed ever seen the tenant had completely trashed it. Tim didnt flinch. He coordinated a full rehab: trash-out, LVP flooring, kitchen cleaning, plumbing, new toilets, lighting fixture install, tree trimming, gutter cleaning, a new roof, dry-locking the basement the list goes on. Within about a month, the property was fully restored and rented again.The level of professionalism, responsiveness, and reliability Ive experienced is rare. Real Property Management Keystone is one of Pittsburghs best-kept secrets and part of me hesitates to even write this because I dont want their services to become too in-demand.
