Rhonda Parker and her husband are great Realtor. I needed to sell my home and looked did a Google search and was lead to Rhonda's website where I put in my information for a home price estimate. Within 10 minutes of filing out the form I was sent an email with a Comparative analysis. I was very detailed. Later that day she called me and left a message to see if I needed any further assistance or clarification of the information she sent me. I caller her back and we set up a meeting at my house. On the day of the appointment she was 10 minutes early when she arrived. She provided me with a beautiful sellers guide and walked me through the selling process and my options. I was blown away and I signed with her to be my listing agent. Within a week she had a professional photographer take pictures of my home and provided a 3d home tour with this futuristic camera that allowed my buyers to take a walk through without stepping foot in my home. I was quite breathtaking. My home was listed for 6 days and I had received multiple offers and my some was under contract within a week. My house close within 30 days. The Rhonda Parker team is an amazing Realtor team and i recommend her for helping get your home sold with great marketing tactics
