If I could give a higher rating I would as Ted from Allstar was fantastic. We had one tree very close to our house that needed to be cut down. He got back to me very quickly once I submitted my quote and went out next day to check out our tree. We were on a bit of a time crunch as we are putting on a new roof next week. I actually was the one to slow down the process and I was waiting on other quotes - Allstar had the best price no questions. When I approved the invoice he went out the next morning and cut it down and cleaned it all up. Didn’t realize the previous owners left bags of wood cuttings / brush that he also disposed for us. Great service all around and so thankful to Ted!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For us to give you a accurate estimate we must physically come out and look at the trees or stumps. Pictures are nice but unfortunately don't show everthing that needs to be assessed.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer's call us at their convenience when they would like an estimate. We will then set up an appointment to come out and assess their project with them and answer any questions or concerns they may have at that time. After that, we'll email an estimate. If they like it, they'll email us back, and we will schedule them in.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Make sure the company you choose is properly insured.
