- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Inspections and estimates are 100% free. This includes moisture tracking through moisture readings and thermal imaging.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come to do an initial inspection We help the owner understand if this is eligible for coverage by their provider We begin work as soon as we get owner's permission If any demolition or microbial risk occurs, we create a containment chamber We fully sanitize the affected area(s) We perform any needed material drying under all materials reach their respective dry standards We leave and hope to get a 5-star review for our customer care, communication, professionalism and attention to detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every technician must be IICRC certified, they are also trained in required environmental safety (such as Lead-Safe), and are onboarded by a senior technician to ensure excellence in their craft.
