Bill did quality work at a fair price. He has laid gravel and created an extra parking spot in front of my house as well as cutting the hedges. He even followed up afterwards to make sure the gravel was holding up and to see if any maintenance was needed.

Bill and his crew installed soffit n fascia and several windows for me they were very. Professional on time and willing to work with price was fair I would definitely hire him again if I ever need anything

I am very sorry to report that we received terrible service from Buchanan Services. Bill was dishonest and unreliable, acted increasingly unstable throughout the job, and did poor work. In the end, we paid him before the job was done (he claimed that it was) because he was acting erratic and unreasonable and we thought it was easier to do so. He and the men he was working with left their trash everywhere, our air-conditioner on full blast and the lights on when leaving for the last time even though we asked them specifically to clean up and shut everything off. The overall paint job was sloppy and uneven, and he took shortcuts everywhere he could. Most of the surfaces still need at least one more coat of paint. We would not recommend hiring this company.

At Buchanan Services our main goal is customer satisfaction. We do value honesty, reliability and a job well done. We were hired to help Rosy with a drywall project, and ultimately were able to help her finish painting 2 rooms after another professional she hired had quit before the job was completed. We even put in a 14 hour day painting so the rooms would be ready for her to move into her new home. It was explained to Rosy that while painting was not a main service that we offer we could help her complete the project, and she was okay with that. She was able to look at the work, and paid us for the work with out bringing any concerns she had to our attention. We always treat your home as if it was our own, and did make sure that upon leaving her home made sure it was clean and the lights were turned off. With a focus on customer satisfaction, if a customer is every unsatisfied with our work, we are more than happy to address any concerns and make sure you are left with a positive experience.

This was a horrible experience. Bill was often late to the job and spent a large majority of his time talking, whether it was on the phone, to me, or another worker. His craftsmanship is lacking and overall he seems unexperienced. The people he brought with him were solid, skilled workers. In the end one of his crew members put a hole in my wall and he didn't come back to fix it like he said he would. He flat out didn't return my calls (he has about 5 different phone numbers--I should've taken that as a red flag). He told me he would show up and then didn't. He left trash at my house; didn't bring any of his own tools (broom, shop vac, trash bags) to clean up and was always cutting corners with his work. He also told me the job would only take one day and it took over a week. Sigh. I would warn everyone to steer clear here. Go with someone else.

Bill Buchanan Services replaced my front porch, added a new side porch as an extension of my front porch, as well as ârehabbingâ my front walk and side patio â the work he and his crew did was excellent and adds great value to my home. The quality of the work done is such that I will use Bill Buchanan Services for further work that needs to be done on my home. What impressed me most, about this particular job, was that it involved the demolition of my front porch (which also functions as part of my garage roof). Underneath this floor/roof runs my main water and gas lines into my house. Mr. Buchanan knew that any damage done to these two pipes would be his responsibility to fix, and had plans in place were that to occur. Despite the risk Buchanan Services was willing to place a bid on this work; one company declined to bid as it was âtoo riskyâ. Buchanan Services took the necessary time and care that insured that there was no damage done. If you choose to have Bill Buchanan Services work on your project I will advise you of one thing in particular: For legitimate reasons Mr. Buchanan will only accept payment for his services in cash; which cash you should have on-hand when he begins the work (a factor for which I was not prepared). The job he did for me involved two steps â the demolition of the porch and then itâs reconstruction; both steps listed in his written bid, and each step clearly priced. What was not clear, when he began the work, was that he expected to be paid at the completion of each step. If you decide to hire Bill Buchanan Services then talk with him specifically about when he expects you to pay for each (potential) step in the project. Had I known this, before the work began, it would have saved me the time and energy to make sure that I had the money on hand when needed. Overall I highly recommend Bill Buchanan Services, and am glad that he did the needed work on my house!
