Nick was good at communicating with me ahead of the project, was very proffessional and knowledgable during the work. The work was neat and they cleaned everything up every night before they left our home. The project was to repoint and to put a finishing coat on a large interior exposed brick wall. The work was well done and I would consider hiring them again for a future project.

I highly recommend Imperial Chimney & Masonry. We had a persistent water leak in our basement that other technicians couldn't properly diagnose. Nick did a thorough Level 2 camera inspection and correctly identified that the water was entering through a cracked crown and leaking through old clay joints. Nick installed a 6" stainless steel liner with vermiculite insulation and resurfaced the crown with Crownguard. He is very responsive and walked me through each step and explained to me with patience. They were even able to work around a heavy snowstorm to get the job done. The basement is finally dry, and the chimney is now up to modern safety standards. Professional communication and fair pricing. I really hope contractor like Nick should get more work around the neighbor and help more families with his expertise and knowledge!

Nick quickly responded and I was scheduled same day later in week. New fireplace e cover installed and sealed. Received my annual cleaning and price was comparable as last year. Very informative and I was happy to learn he does other masonry work as well. I’m very satisfied customer!
