Nick did a phenomenal job with my gas fireplace. He not only fixed my problem, he took extra time to make sure he understood it. When I brought up an additional concern, he did not make me feel like I was bothering him, but took more time to make sure his solution was valid and well received. At the end, he requested the exact price he quoted. Overall, exceptional service, and I would use Imperial Chimney & Masonry again!
