I recently had my wood-burning stove professionally cleaned, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Nick was punctual, knowledgeable, and took the time to do the job thoroughly. He carefully cleaned the stove and chimney, removed all the buildup, and made sure everything was operating safely and efficiently before leaving. Nick was good at communicating with me ahead of the project, was very proffessional and knowledgable during the work. The work was neat and they cleaned everything up every night before they left our home. The project was to repoint and to put a finishing coat on a large interior exposed brick wall. The work was well done and I would consider hiring them again for a future project.

We cannot recommend Imperial Chimney & Masonry enough! They went above and beyond for us. Nick came out on very short notice before we head into snowstorm and before the arrival of our little one to ensure we had a working fireplace. He did an excellent job with the repair and cleaning. The work was so thorough and he was super professional. He explained so much to us about our current fireplace model and helped us find a link for a remote starter for it. We’re incredibly grateful for his responsiveness, quality craftsmanship, and dedication. He is also super reasonable price and trust worthy. Highly recommend him as we will look to use him again for many things!

Imperial Chimney was great to work with. They repaired the shutoff valve on our ventless gas fireplace and even fixed the drywall and tile surrounding it. They did all the work the same day. They took the time to answer our questions and make sure there were no leaks as well as stayed to finish the tile and clean the work area. They left the fireplace finishes better than they found it. I would highly recommend this company for any fireplace repairs.

Nick quickly responded and I was scheduled same day later in week. New fireplace e cover installed and sealed. Received my annual cleaning and price was comparable as last year. Very informative and I was happy to learn he does other masonry work as well. I’m very satisfied customer!
