- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A contractor I've worked in the past told me two things about running a business. "Do the best job you can every time, and don't screw people on the pricing." Though a little vulgar, I take that advice with every job I do. So ultimately, I would say that my pricing is very fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet or consult with them on the phone about the job and what the desired goal of the project is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been painting for a couple of years now through properties of my own as well as contracting jobs I've had. Through this I've learned how to prep and paint most surfaces the best way so it will last the longest.
