I had some air conditioning thermostat power problems need to be fixed quickly. Tony offered 7:30pm appointment to fit my schedule. I hired Tony. Tony arrived my property on time. To solve the issues, he quickly ruled out some possibilities by doing some regular checking. Then he found the problem and fixed it smoothly. He also explained every steps to us and passed some knowledge regarding the maintenance. Tony is very honest, reliable, and knowledgeable. We will definitely hire him again in the future!
I had a bad circulator pump and 3 cracked radiators at one of my rental properties. This needed to be fixed before the tenants moved in. I was also out of town while this work got done. Benny did an amazing job of getting everything fixed, addressing leaks I didn't know of and keeping me updated throughout the process. I've been dealing with contractors for my rental properties for 6 years and this was one of my best experiences. I highly recommend this company.

I needed some landscaping work. I had a leaky backyard pond that needed to be removed and the hole needed to be backfilled. After that, topsoil and grass seed were needed to return the area to an acceptable state. Mr. Moore and his team completed the job in less than a day and I am satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend Garry More to anyone who needs this type of work. His conduct was professional and he was completely responsive to my requests in a timely manner. I will contact him again if I ever need yard work of any kind.

Used dropcloths throughout work area, did exceptionally good work, and cleaned all areas upon departure. Worked quietly and completed work in a timely manner. Had good ideas for completing renovations for maximum impact. Would highly recommend Firm Renovations, and we plan on using them again for our future projects.
Roger was very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining his thought process as he inspected the property that we were hoping to purchase for masonry issues. He was prompt, courteous, made thoughtful recommendations on repairs that we should do soon and those that can be spread over a longer time horizon. I went with SlateHouse Group because I have chosen bad tenants in the past. I'd say 80% of the tenants I have chosen have been very good tenants. The other 20% have cost me a lot of money. I decided that it's not worth the risk for me to continue to pick my tenants. I do background checks but I am limited with my ability to do all the necessary checks needed to assure that I have chosen the best available tenant. SlateHouse Group has all the tools to do a much more extensive background search than I can do on my own. Therefor I have decided I am never again going to choose my own tenants. I currently have five apartment buildings and I have just recently started having them manage one of the buildings that was giving me nothing but headaches. I also took advantage of their tenant placement option where you pay them a percentage of the first months rent for them picking out your tenant. I did that on a building that I am managing myself and they picked out an excellent tenant. If they are managing your building they will pick your tenants out as part of the managing fee they charge. I will be turning more buildings over to them to manage in the future because I am very impressed with this company so far. I wish I would have found out about them sooner. I could have saved myself a lot of lost rent and headaches. I would highly recommend them to any landlords who are looking for a property management company.

Measurements and installers were excellent Seemed to be a little confusion in ordering materials overall was a good job. I would gladly recommend them.

He and his team were punctual and worked quickly to install an interior door in my home. His team went above and beyond to make sure the quality and finish of the work was top notch. I hired Goodyear Construction to build a roof over my 25’ x 25’ paver patio. Numerous contractors came out to look and bid on the job. Bob responded to questions quickly, offered options and suggestions for the job, his knowledge became apparent quickly as we spoke initially. They did a much better job than I could have ever hoped for without any question. They took a bunch or raw materials and sculpted it into a masterpiece. They took an unused space and turned it into a space they will be enjoyed new living space on the outside of the home. Bob and his crew were excellent in every way. These guys are what I would consider an old time contractor/construction supplier. They are true craftsmen and know their trade inside and out. Their attention to detail was top notch and second to none, their work ethic was non-stop and at the highest levels I have seen in a long time, as they may have only took a break for a total of 15 minutes each day. They did not cut any corners as many contractors do. They were all professional, courteous, and informative through the entire job. They showed up early every morning and put in a full day of work. Each day cleaning up as needed, when the project was complete they left the property and site cleaner than they found it. * Please note we left the underside unfinished due to the winter season, the underside will be either left with an unfinished look, painted or stained, or vinyl covered with a large hanging ceiling fan with lights. Numerous pictures justify the quality of work * If you want a fabulous contractor with attention to detail, artisans like work and a beautiful finished product, hire Bob Goodyear. Do not hesitate! I will be referring him to as many people as I can and will hire him again for more work in the future.
