From the initial meeting with Tom, to the 3D Joanna Gaines design experience, living in a construction zone, to the final reveal, every step of the way was pleasant. Tom initially helped us find our vision. We had ideas, but couldnt put them on down on paper. He helped us come up with the perfect layout after changing our minds a few times. Every step of the way, we were informed and involved. We also had to live in our home during the whole process. While its not ideal, it was kept as clean as a construction zone could be for us. It was so exciting to see the reveals as things were completed. As the project came to fruition, everything was gone over with a fine toothed comb to be sure we were happy. One of my favorite parts of the process was the cleaning crew provided at the end (especially being 8 months pregnant at the time!). This allowed us to literally just start enjoying the space. Weve been in contact with Tom since the completion of our project and he even helped us on more than one occasion with emergency situations we had in other parts of the house that his company wasnt even involved in. Martha S. says, "Great Contractor!!! I had such a GREAT experience with this contractor, Mike Vidrean, of DMV & Sons Development. The project stayed on track, on time, and on budget! He went above and beyond to help fix some weird things in my kitchen, without any extra charge. The ceiling is bowed and it showed a space above some of the cabinets. The trim they were going to use, didn't work because it blocked some of the cabinets from opening. But they stayed persistent and finally found a good trim that worked. The entire team of sub-contractors was great. Always very polite, work area clean, and twice I tried to tip some of them and they wouldn’t accept it. My kitchen is small and it doesn’t make it easy to work in – but they all did a great job. I’ve seen some of Mike’s other big projects and his work is impeccable. I highly recommend this company.
