We really stand out from other service providers, because we are very easy to work with. We are very easy going and aim to do our part to make our clients lives easier. We understand that by the time we are contacted, most of our clients are pretty overwhelmed. We have done Cleanouts in which our clients needed help to get to their things, just so they can start to sort through them. So, we pull boxes and totes out for them to sort through, and when they were satisfied, we would then remove anything they didn't want. This is the kind if individualized customer service many companies would never offer. It is very time consuming and takes patience and understanding. We do all this and still are usually 25-50% less than our competitors.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Our pricing system isn't necessarily complicated, but there isn't a simple price list for what we do. We must go out to each and every job sight to see the job in person. After we see the job and have the opportunity to assess exactly what we are taking away, how close can we get our trucks or containers, any hills, steps, etc, then we can give an exact qoute for the job. It's not possible to do that on a price sheet, or over the phone accurately.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    We have done it all. We have had jobs as simple as picking up less than a pickup truck load of yard debris, we have cleaned out storage units, garages, sheds, basements, etc. I would say our most common jobs tend to be whole house cleanouts from landlords, realtors, and estate situations. Our most recent job was a complete cleanout of a single family rental property. The tenants had to be evicted and left the house in horrible shape, filled with junk. There were clothes that had been soaked in water and growing mold, dog feces and urine, and three flights of stairs. It took us 3 full days, with 2 technicians to complete the job. This was the toughest job we've ever had, but we finished on time and as promised with no hidden fees or extra cost to our customer.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Go with your gut instinct. If you don't feel comfortable with the person you are speaking with, call someone else. We are fast, friendly and very professional and do what it takes to make it as simple as possible for you. Our proven track record and customer satisfaction is unmatched in our industry. We take pride in our work and would like each customer to know if they are not happy, we are not happy. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
