10/10 *THIS* IS THE GUY YOU WANT TO HIRE. Nate was extremely courteous working with my family's needs and did fantastic work. He even made extra trips to find the odd-sized parts our old toilet needed, got the repairs done quickly and was able to teach us more about the in's and out's to help take care of it in the future. His pricing was extremely reasonable and he was wonderfully communicative. This is the down-to-earth, considerate handiwork I've missed. I will absolutely be hiring him again!

Nate was very punctual, when he got to my home. Showed him what needed to be done. He ck'ed the garbage disposal and the water heater, figured he needed some parts & went to get them. Garbage disposal wasn't much of a problem.....although the water heater wasn't so lucky! Found that water is very hard & has left junk in heater. He also had to replace the drainage valve, which was not draining much. He worked on water heater to get as much junk & water as he could. Heater hasn't been flushed for 5 yrs.....so I knew it was gonna be a problem. He flushed for a long time & got as much as he could. I figure when it won't heat the water--then I'll replace heater & also a water treatment system will be installed. Nate was great with all that needed to be done & was charged a reasonable cost. Will have Cassidy Plumbing do all my plumbing work for now on.

Nate immediately responded to my non-emergency plumbing issue and scheduled his service call for 2 days later. Upon assessing the issue, he quoted $250 to replace an exterior spigot, which ultimately included cutting into the ceiling in our basement to access the line. All told, he was on-site for approximately 2.5 hours, including a trip to the supply house to purchase the spigot. He was personable, respectful and professional. He cleaned-up after his work and made sure that my wife and I were satisfied and didn’t have any questions prior to his departure. All told, we were extremely pleased and would hire Nate again.

Trained in a wide variety of residential plumbing services; including water conditioning service & installation, water heaters (NG, LP, electric, hybrid, and tankless), etc.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a career, rather than just another job. I was fortunate to have the opportunity to be trained by several highly skilled master plumbers in the residential service industry. I really enjoyed the work and stuck with it.
