I actually would have checked all boxes if allowed because they were all true. I was very much satisfied with the work that Carlos did, he was reasonable and professional; he came in, checked the washer, discovered which parts were broken and ordered them. The parts were in on the estimated day and he came out and installed the parts. I have saved his number in case I need him again. Would definitely use him again.

Carlos quickly and accurately diagnosed the issue. Ordered the parts and returned to fix the washer. Now working better than ever.
