- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Any pricing provided would need to be after I have had an opportunity to look at the project. We accept cash and checks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to set up a meeting to discuss the project, then I will write a detailed quote and review it with the client. Once we have reached an agreement on the pricing and scope of the project I take time with my client to design exactly what they would like, after this we will schedule the project. We NEVER leave a project until it is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training in carpentry and tile work. I am certified through USG and Schluter to install certain products they manufacture
