Introduction: I am a graduate of Alvernia University with a degree in Business Management & Accounting; however, my passion has always been weight training and nutrition. After raising two sons and working behind a desk in the accounting field for over 20 years, I found myself very over weight, sedentary & suffering with high blood pressure. Consequently, I made the decision to take care of myself. With proper nutrition & exercise, I lost 72 lbs & have kept it off for over 10 years.
As a Certified Personal Trainer, & group fitness instructor, I looks forward to motivating others to reach their fitness goals.
