What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is not complicated. However, we use a variety of vendors so pricing cannot always be done via email. We meet every customer first, write a very detailed scope of work outline, then bid accordingly. The usual turn around is within 5 business days.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Out of personal frustration with hiring local contractors. We knew there was an easier way and we have perfected it.
