About me
I am a former IT Consultant, turned Human Resources Executive and Coach, with extensive corporate experience (20 years) at a Big 4 company in US and Africa. As a consultant, I advised Fortune 500 clients and held various Human Resources leadership roles both at the corporate and local levels spanning 100 countries.
I am most thankful for being able to experience a diversity of cultures, having had opportunities to live and thrive in many different countries and through the global nature of my work. For fun, I organize (I know). Also, I’m an avid traveler (40 countries and counting), sculptor, blogger and mindfulness practitioner.

Working with Joya has helped me immensely. Working with Joya as my coach was a great experience. She was professional yet friendly. Since it was my first time working with a coach, she explained the process clearly, making sure I understood the coaching goals. The sessions were helpful. At the end of each session, we would set action plans, and I would summarize what I gained from it.
If I had any questions about the coaching, she would clarify them. Joya was also flexible and accommodating. By the end of the coaching sessions, I had grown and made progress in the areas we focused on. I highly recommend her as a coach.
