- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge by the hour for travel: which covers gas, tolls, etc. I charge by the hour for loading and unloading equipment to/from my vehicle. I charge for class-time. I charge for class planning/recipe time.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Everyone that I know who has been baking or cooking for years is connected to someone in their past they loved very much because of the time they shared together in the kitchen; for me it was my grandmother.
