- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For carpet cleaning we price it by the square foot. That way if you only want traffic areas done, then that's all we measure and charge you for. This seems the fairest system - you only pay for what you want cleaned. Some companies charge a flat rate per room but this more often works in the company's favor than it does for the customer.

We attend annual training events to keep up with new products and techniques
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do both residential and commercial carpet, tile and upholstery cleaning. We also offer other services like deodorizing, protecting carpet and fabrics, mattress cleaning and sanitizing, vehicle carpets & upholstery and more.
