- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Work performed is based on an hourly rate. We've posted our average hourly rate, which we reserve the right to alter before starting a job. The rate details will be sent to the customer in form of email before the performance of the job. As we illustrate in our company's motto, we are here to serve the customer, so we welcome anyone to reach out to us regarding their IT needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we discuss the issue at hand so that we can develop a plan to resolve the issue. We will have open dialogue throughout the work cycle regarding progress of work and costs associated. The customer can inform us as to their desired form of communication (i.e. phone, text, or email), which we will adhere to barring exigent circumstances. Our work is performed with the utmost professionalism and workmanship. With that being said, we welcome customers to stay in touch with us in regards to their systems performance, as we strive to keep the systems running properly for the entirety of the system's lifespan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our founder is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Information Science and Technology. He is currently pursuing his CompTIA A+ and Network+ certificates, which he anticipates testing for in the near future.
