- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to interview potential clients so that we can assess their property, their expectations of a management company, the amount of expense for services they are expecting to spend, and to see if the owner/management relationship is a positive one. We know that success is based on a healthy relationship for owner and manager and that an understanding of expectations of both owner and manager are clear and achievable. That is our pathway to success
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve worked with many housing related companies . I continue to educate myself in real estate, the market economy, and property management to ensure that I remain educated on all the current trends in the industry. Currently obtaining my real estate license as well . Have worked with HUD/Section 8 in the past as well . I also have leasing experience in apartments .
