I had a copper pipe burst in my basement and no plumber could come out for over a week! I even told them it was an emergency and I didn't know where my main water shut off was in the basement! When I called HVP I told them about the pipe burst and they came the same day and fixed it for me. they were very nice and got to work immediately. I will only use them from now on.
