Nikosi arrived right on time and immediately went to work. In a manner of minutes, he installed the new baking heating element in our oven. And it works great! The next time that I have an appliance repair need, I will be sure to call him!

Nkosi was terrific!! He was very professional and punctual. He was extremely knowledgeable, and he explained what he was doing and why throughout the entire process, which I appreciated. When he was finished, he made sure and checked that everything was working the way it was supposed to. He also was very friendly and nice and engaging. If you need someone to install a new appliance, Nkosi is your man!!
