Repair rep arrived within the scheduled time period scheduled and immediately went to work. He completed the job quickly, correctly, and professionally. He cleaned up the area worked in thoroughly.
Before leaving for his next assignment we chit chatted for a bit in my kitchen so I could better understand what the extent of repairs and services Titus could perform. I mentioned to him that I had been experiencing issues with ice maker in my fridge off and on. He took a look at it and had it making ice within just a few minutes.
This is my second experience with Titus in the past 2 weeks and I am impressed. They are highly recommended
