My pricing is straightforward and depends on the scope of work. I offer clear estimates before starting. Small repairs are usually billed as a service call or hourly, while larger jobs are quoted separately. Materials are typically not included unless discussed in advance.

Usually, I start with a quick message or call to understand the job. Then I ask for photos or schedule a visit if needed. After that, I provide an estimate and timeline. Once approved, I complete the work and make sure everything is done properly before finishing.

My experience comes from hands-on work and real projects. I’ve worked on painting, drywall, repairs, and general home maintenance. I focus on learning by doing and improving with every project to deliver better results.
