We have done work for costumers with as little as a mobile home to facilities as big as the nittany inn of pennstate, one of the oldest building in the area!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Understand that tho we may be a pressure washing company we soft wash homes as well, We have equipment to perform every type of exterior cleaning in the industry. In our work radius we are the only ones who can say that at the time of this question. We don’t have any magic one size fits all solution to cleaning anything! Every surface of the home roof,siding,windows, brick or concrete. They all have a different method of cleaning. With So-clean you don’t need to worry we know all the tricks and have all the equipment.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How do your plants get protected. Will pressure be applied to my roof when cleaning (will void your shingles warranty). Will ladders be placed on your home?(though a contractor has insurance they can still go after you if they fall.) Are chemicals used to clean your windows?(anything besides pure water applied to glass will not clean it but cover it with a film that will later attract dirt)
