- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide a balance between quality and cost. I could paint a Rembrandt but you may not need it! On the other hand, I don’t ever want you to regret anything that I do. If what you see isn’t what you thought, tell me. Everyone’s budget is different and everyone’s eye for detail is difference too.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It often starts with a brief phone call to 1) get an understanding of your goal, 2) set and agree on expectations and 3) find a time to visit and give a paint estimate
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education came Mr. Miyagi style directly from some masterful painters! Should’ve asked them to paint me a diploma ;)
