What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a standard inspection of the area. Explain what needs to be done and how I will perform the task. I do on-site estimates so there's no wait. I itemize all the estimates so the customer knows exactly what they are paying for. If the customer hires us we fill out necessary paperwork and get to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned a great deal in IT class at Trinity middle school and in high school as well. I've also had many years hands on learning working different areas and phases of construction with concrete work being my favorite!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed helping people. I worked for several construction companies over the years and doing side jobs here and there and it became a full time thing.
