We had a horrible experience with Donald Soyka. He never took the responsibility to complete his landscaping work. Paid him in advance to haul away his work, ended up taking care of myself. Paid him in advance to put up a fence; never completed the process. Has a good worker in Allen however Don spends the money before projects completed, i.e. his rent and girlfriend constantly interrupting him on site. I wouldn't hire him if he was the last landscaper on earth! Filing charges against him to collect $515.00. A dissatisfied customer, Jerry Buyny Also, he was never on time!!!!!!!
