- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each project on an Item by Item basis to help ensure as few change orders as possible. This also allows us to value engineer the project to meet tight budgets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with our potential customers, develop sketch plans and a budget that suits the client then precede with final plans, permitting and then construction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
