Charles did a fantastic job helping us with a water leak associated with our washer - ended up not being an appliance issue but a clogged pipe. He has a great attitude and wants to solve your problem. He went above and beyond the job and helped with a few things in addition to the issue at hand. Didn't change the price and he was enjoyable to be around. Charles is VERY knowledgeable about the washer/dryer aspects (and is happy to give you input on ongoing maintenance to prolong the life of your products). We would definitely use Charles again in the future.

Charles did a great job with the plumbing repairs - he even went out and purchase parts for us; and installed a soap dispenser as a bonus.

Charles helped me install two doors on a room with oversized entryways. He was very professional and did a great job caulking and placing the doors. He is also very "to the point" so my questions were answered almost immediately.

Charles gutted three closets in preparation for installing updated components. The job involved demolition, patching and painting. Charles was very thorough and produced beautiful results. He has a wealth of knowledge about renovation and home ownership. He is very personable and trustworthy. Yes, I would hire him again.
