Charles did a fantastic job helping us with a water leak associated with our washer - ended up not being an appliance issue but a clogged pipe. He has a great attitude and wants to solve your problem. He went above and beyond the job and helped with a few things in addition to the issue at hand. Didn't change the price and he was enjoyable to be around. Charles is VERY knowledgeable about the washer/dryer aspects (and is happy to give you input on ongoing maintenance to prolong the life of your products). We would definitely use Charles again in the future.

Charles helped me with a range hood install. This was no simple feat as it meant running ductwork through my 100+ year old house, cutting into walls that likely haven't been touched for decades. Charles handled it like a champ in a little under a day for a price that was very reasonable. I need to take care of a few other odds & ends and already have him booked to come back!
