Bill (the arborist) & I walked through my yard & he photographed every tree we discussed with illustrations on his ipad of what he planned to prune or take out. I received a very thorough quote with the pictures included & a very detailed terms & conditions portion that made me feel comfortable doing business with them. Then Matt & his team was thorough & efficient with the work done & my yard was all cleaned up when the job was completed. If I had any questions, they stopped & reviewed the photos with me & made me feel comfortable that everything they were working on was indeed part of the requested job. (I had a LOT of pruning & 6 trees removed, so I wanted to be sure.) I was very pleased with the work & the pleasant manner from the group.
