Im new to Club Z but but not new to tutoring. They actually contacted my childs teacher to get a sense of strengths and weaknesses. That was a first! Would highly recommend Club Z of West Chester. We received excellent customer service from Amber and the tutor was extremely patient with my daughter who has an IEP. My daughter also received help with studying and taking notes. It definitely increased her confidence, grades, and anxiety at school.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A tutor is typically matched and comes out to the home within 7-10 days. The Area Director reaches out to the child's teacher for information on the strengths and weaknesses to ensure that sessions are directly related to what is going on in the classroom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The local Owner/Area Director has a Mater's Degree in Education.
