FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Feel free to send me a request or email and I will be happy to send you a pricing and packages guide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for working with a new client usually starts with an email where we exchange some general information. The couple will provide the details about the wedding such as the date, location and any other details they might want to include. I will confirm my availability for their date as well as provide a package and pricing guide. From there I usually like to schedule a phone call where we discuss things in more detail. I find it's always important to speak with interested couples in person so they can get a better sense of my personality and it's a lot easier to cover more information in a phone call than just by text or email. By this point, the client will likely have a general idea of the style of my work, but I can clarify how the shooting process works as well as provide any clarification or answers to any questions they may have about what is included in the packages. Once a client has decided to book with me, I will share my basic project agreement that outlines the basic payment terms and confirms the items that are included in the package they have chosen. Once we have the signed agreement, the booking process is complete! I always schedule one more phone call for sometime within two weeks of the wedding date so that the couple and I can discuss the final schedule of the day. This way we make sure I am in the right place at the right time to capture all the right moments. After that, they get married and it's awesome! And within 90 days, they receive a wedding video filled with moments they will never forget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received a B.A. degree in film from Emerson College and have been actively producing professional films and videos since 2008.
