I can't be happier with Samantha and Amanda's job! Communication was easy and accurate from the beginning. They came on time. Very professional, they mounted 2 TVs for me, with the right equipment that they went to get once they realized I didn't have it. They also assembled a sectional sofa, and when we had to change to the other side of the sectional , they came back and did it with no issue. They assembled a couple of other things including a wood and metal big dog crate that looks amazing. I recommend them , and I will use their services again. Their work ethic was superb .

I cannot be more pleased with my experience with SJ Property. I needed to have my shutters painted due to fading over the years. When I reached out to S&J they responded quickly and asked all of the relevant questions. They continued to communicate well during the entire process. They gave me a time and date that worked well for me, gave me a heads up when they were on their way and they arrived on time. They knocked out the shutter painting (8 total) in no time and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work. I’m so pleased in fact, that they are going to make a few additional repairs around my house. I will refer them to my closest friends and family.

Samantha was very professional and friendly as was her co-worker. She was always in touch with me to let me know when they would arrive.. She kept us informed what she was doing and asked to check the work when she finished a step. I definitely recommend SJ Property Maintenance.
