Overall enjoyed our experience working with Niko and his team. Very knowledgeable & experienced. He showed me tons of photos of his work including tile, roofing, porches, bathrooms, kitchens, plumbing, and storage sheds. Knows electrical and has sun contractors for anything needed. If you work w someone, you might as well go to a jack of all trades who can take care of all construction needs. I went with him because it was evident he would tile out 2 bathrooms well even though I found them to be large, uneven, crooked, and 100+ age home that includes an Ada ramp, shower seat, niche, and fully tiled shower. Overall, designed it well. Without him we may have tiled it poorly or not designed it well with our bull nose, ramp, niche, etc which was complex and easier said than done. Price was fair, reasonable, and well deserved. Worked hard and spent every day at the house until job was done. Spent extra time on details, anytime necessary. Goes above and beyond. Photos to come…

Had to take down entire front porch roof, replace with a new roof, repair foundation, and repair chimney......did great work, and contractor stayed in constant contact with me about the progress of the job....also worked on the job consistently, not disappear for days at a time. Would highly recommend!!!

Niko and his guys did a great job transforming our old and broken porch. He explained the process and what to expect, and finished the work as promised. They also cleaned up after which I really appreciate. I would hire him again if I want something done. Would highly recommend.

We used Niko Seidl’s Construction to add a window to a non-windowed bedroom. The team did a great job. They showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up, and completed the project quickly and as scheduled. Niko walked me through the process and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Installation went well and the crew was attentive and courteous to my family and I. We appreciate the job that was done at our house. They are completely dependable and I would not hesitate to recommend Niko Seidl’s Construction to everyone. Call these guys first!
