- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is indeed negotiable. I like to establish a relationship with a client that we are both happy with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask the client what are their wants are I n the job and I express honestly if I can meet those expectations if not I also make them aware. If we agree then I begin to clean and hopefully the client is happy, if they like the service we create a client and provider relationships.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was working in a law firm, I’m a paralegal. However I have two kids and decided to be a stay at home mom now they are in school and I decided to not stay home anymore and start a business with my mom. We both enjoy cleaning and have experience with it. And most of all we enjoy working together!
