I took numerous yoga classes with Mark over the past several years. His classes were always fun, infused with yoga wisdom and Mark's personal style. His classes are seldom easy, but loaded with whimsy and occasional creative portions mostly referred to as "Cirque du Solei" poses. For classes that included music, his selections were always very eclectic and presented everyone in attendance with both familiar and broadening experiences. Mark is a good, caring, yoga teacher and a very talented and engaging person.

She is very knowledgeable of the yoga poses and teaches in a way that builds confidence and promotes total peacefulness and relaxation. Having studied the philosophy for many years in 2005, she took a 14-month teacher certification course from the Temple of Kriya Yoga out of Chicago. Her studies included all eight limbs of yoga with a focus on pranayama (breathing), asana (poses), and dhyana (meditation). In the beginning of 2012, she furthered her Kriya Yoga studies with a two-year advanced program through the Temple. She studied world religions and spirituality, astrology, meditative prayer, meditations, pranayama, karma studies, and mantra as well as many more subjects in this genre. Lisa's hatha yoga style has a strong emphasis on alignment and focusing inward. She spends time setting up and working each pose as well as working with props if needed. Her style is more in the Iyengar way with a focus on alignments. She teaches students of all levels and also leads meditations.
