I requested a roofrepair late at night, and surprisingly, a lady from RoofX called me early the next morning and scheduled an appointment for 9 AM the same day. Very responsive!
Scott arrived right on time at 9 AM. He was extremely friendly and professional. After carefully checking both the bathroom and the attic, he explained that the roof itself was actually in perfect condition and that the issue was likely caused by something else.
I was very impressed by his honesty and efficiency. He didn’t try to push unnecessary repairs and didn’t charge me anything for the visit.
Highly recommend RoofX in the central Pennsylvania area for their professionalism, responsiveness, and integrity.

Jayton came out exactly as scheduled and reviewed my roof leak issue with me. After flying a drone for an aerial view, he told me the original installation was faulty and to seek warranty repair. He was 100% correct and honest. I called the original builder, and they are replacing the entire roof under warranty. I can't say enough about this company. They are excellent, honest and saved me a fortune. They didn't even charge me for the visit.
Below are photos he gave me to present to the builder. They were enough to ensure the warranty repair at no cost to me.
I highly recommend this honest company.

I encountered a roof leak during an extended rainstorm in September 2024. I notified Ted Weaver from ROOFX. He personally videotaped the area of the roof that needed repaired and sent me a copy. He then emailed me all of the necessary eDocuments that had to be esigned. A date was scheduled for the project. ROOFX does state of the art workmanship.
