Jen Hambleton says, "I called Pronto for a "simple" clogged kitchen drain. Turns out the clog was cause by at least 2 breaks in the pipe...under a concrete patio. My house is old, very very old (original home built in1890's with some early 1970's additions) During the discussion on how to handle the repair Ricky discovered another leak unrelated to the pipe break. This was on a Thursday afternoon. We formulated a plan that involved new pipes being laid, old pipes being diverted, an excavator, a skid steer, tearing up a concrete patio. At 7:30 am the next morning a 4 man crew was on my property. Through out the day a couple of other guys were in and out. I tell you that these were the hardest working, most polite and considerate young men I have encountered in a while (Austin, Cody, Jayden, and Lance were here all day with Lane, Josh, Ethan and Melvin providing support and doing work at other times). They were professional and did the required work in a day. I do not know what another plumbing service would have cost but even if it could have been done cheaper I feel like the price I paid Pronto was reasonable. I am not one to find "cheaper" solutions for a problem as I feel cheaper solutions often means cheaper quality/work and I don't mind paying a fair price for a job done well. These guys were awesome and I will definitely call them if I have any other issues. This crew will forever be my recommendation to friends or family that may need a plumbing service. Great job guys! Thank you again, I know it was a pain but y'all did a great job."See more
