- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are a variety of ways by which I am compensated. Each situation is different and I am always transparent as to the most appropriate way to charge the client before any sort of balance is made due.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would connect to discuss your goals and any items to which you wish me to pay special attention. This is where we get to know one another a bit and I collect any necessary information as it could pertain to your plan. Upon completing this session, a follow-up meeting is scheduled. During the second meeting, we dive a little deeper and review your custom-built strategy together. I answer any questions you have and we cover the next steps.
