- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I never charge for my time. A complimentary and custom strategy is provided to every client at no charge. I am compensated by the companies I represent and have the ability to place my clients where it makes the most sense relative to their specific situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would connect to discuss your goals and any items to which you wish me to pay special attention. This is where we get to know one another a bit and I collect any necessary information as it could pertain to your plan. Upon completing this session, a follow-up meeting is scheduled. During the second meeting, we dive a little deeper and review your custom-built strategy together. I answer any questions you have and we cover the next steps.
