Introduction: Hello, all! My name is Josh! My services include toilet replacement, drain unclogging (shower/tub, main lines inspection, kitchen sink and bathroom sink blockages, and slop sink stoppages, also floor drain blockages and inspection) Very honest work, as some might have had me help them before when I was with another company, but decided to go into business on the side for myself. I'm available each and every day during normal business hours (between 7am and 3pm) I don't charge overtime pricing. Whether it be an emergency over the weekend or holiday. My pricing will be listed on here. If you have any questions at all, feel free to ask. My hourly labor rate is 100 per hour, on top of the 100 dollar service/dispatch cost. If I cannot fix your issue, the per hour labor rate will be 0, as a courtesy to you, the customer. The dispatch/sevice cost is non-refundable. Parts will be additonal and will be negotiated as necessary. I am insured as well, according to PA and MD state law. LLC backed. I also recently just added house cleaning. Prices are set accordingly. I do not do hoarding situations, however I do plumbing spill clean ups, depending on the scope of the job, that price would be determined with pictures from you, the client, and confirmed upon arrival. I also do water/sewage clean up at a fairly competitive rate, discounts for senior citizens and vets in all catargories. Feel free to inquire!
