Mic has been cutting our lawn 2 yrs. When we first hired him he showed up every week on time and was very accommodating to come only on Thursdays or Fridays. Which is what we agreed to before hiring because we want to enjoy our yard on the weekends. This season he decided to take on more lawns not expecting all the rain. He had a hard time keeping up and would come often on Saturdays and many times on Saturday evening while we were having dinner. We didn't complain and tried to work with him. Here at the end of summer after being very patient I aske Mic if he could come the Thursday or Friday before Labor Day because we have family visiting. He was very rude and said he would get here when he can. I reminded him what our original agreement was to come on Thursday/Fridays. I asked him if he could come early in front of the other customers since it was a holiday weekend. I also asked why he has put us on the back burner Now? He told me right out because he picked up 2 other customers. I told him he shouold have let me know. He said he wasn't sure if the other 2 jobs would work out and they were $100 a yard verses our $65. So basically he put us last as a backup if the other 2 jobs didn't work out. When I explained that's not about the customer he said that's right. So he started out good but once he took off ... He became unreliable and now rude. I would not recommend full time but maybe a job here or there.

Michael did a fine job on what I needed done at the house. There was a lot to do but we got it done. He was on time and very personable.

Snyder's Lawn Care and Hauling are fair, honest and dependable. They have provided us with great service at a very reasonable price, and they are very accommodating. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
