One of the employees didn't show up, so they were late. However, she brought an additional worker and didn't charge anything extra for him, so that was amazing. Packed everything really well and wrapped dressers and whatnot with shrink wrap. Overall a great company to hire. Thanks guys!

Highly recommend - Darrel & Mel were able to carry two extremely heavy couches and help re-assemble them in my family room. They were able to help me within a couple hours of my request, and I'll be passing their card on to others in our neighborhood who are moving. Thanks so much guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set rate of $140/hr This includes the truck, two movers, assembly/disassembly, blankets, and straps. Larger jobs that require 3 movers are $160/hr. We also charge a $1 a mile .Depending on size of job we may give a discount after certain amount of hours. There is also a charge of $25 for moving appliances and electric exercise machines.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call them and ask them a few questions about themselves. I enjoy meeting new people. I’ll find out what needs moved and how far. Using this information I will develop an invoice of the charges and send via email. If the customer then decides to hire me we will schedule a time and date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been moving customers for Reliable Moving and Labor for 3yrs. I worked for another moving company for a few yrs prior to starting my own business.
