One of the employees didn't show up, so they were late. However, she brought an additional worker and didn't charge anything extra for him, so that was amazing. Packed everything really well and wrapped dressers and whatnot with shrink wrap. Overall a great company to hire. Thanks guys!

These guys showed up right on tine working around my work schedule and moves some really heavy and difficult equipment without damage to it or my house. They figured out how they needed to attack the problem and got it done quickly and professionally. Highly recommend them.

Arrived early, barely took a break despite having to unload the truck up four flights of stairs. Darrel was very responsive, and everything went according to plan. Could not have asked for a better moving experience. Everything arrived to our new place in the same condition it left our old place. I highly recommend them and will be referring them to family and friends.

I had a localmove within the city of Lancaster, and the guys were fantastic! They moved all of my stuff efficiently (despite the heat and humidity), and navigated the narrow stairwells of the historic row homes on both ends of my move with ease. They were punctual and responsive, and I was SO glad not to have to lug my boxes up two flights of stairs! I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a set rate of $140/hr This includes the truck, two movers, assembly/disassembly, blankets, and straps. Larger jobs that require 3 movers are $160/hr. We also charge a $1 a mile .Depending on size of job we may give a discount after certain amount of hours. There is also a charge of $25 for moving appliances and electric exercise machines.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will call them and ask them a few questions about themselves. I enjoy meeting new people. I’ll find out what needs moved and how far. Using this information I will develop an invoice of the charges and send via email. If the customer then decides to hire me we will schedule a time and date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been moving customers for Reliable Moving and Labor for 3yrs. I worked for another moving company for a few yrs prior to starting my own business.
